Order, Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Policy

  • Orders can be placed directly through WhatsApp using the number provided on our website or by visiting our restaurant in person.

  • Please review your order carefully before confirming, including items, quantity, delivery address (for home delivery), and contact details.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS, as applicable.

  • Orders may be subject to minimum order value or delivery charges as per our current policy.

  • In the rare case of item unavailability or inability to fulfill your order, we will promptly inform you and provide alternatives or a full refund.


Refund Policy

  • We strive to ensure the highest quality and accuracy in every order. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, please notify us within 1 hour of delivery or pickup.

  • Verified claims for incorrect or missing orders will be eligible for a replacement or a full/partial refund processed to your original payment method.

  • For online payments made via Razorpay, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days, as per Razorpay’s processing timeline.

  • Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Appathaa Samayall upon investigation.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or call.

  • Orders cancelled before preparation begins will be eligible for a full refund, if prepaid.

  • Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be accepted, and no refund will be possible in such cases.

  • For dine-in reservations, please inform us at least 30 minutes in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule.

 

Return Policy

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of any food items once they are delivered or picked up, unless it is a verified quality or safety issue.

  • If there is any problem with your order, please contact us immediately with relevant details and, if possible, photos, so we can address your concern.
